Over the years, I’ve found online therapy to be just as effective as meeting in person. So much so that I’ve been offering it to clients in California and all over the world since 2016.

Telehealth gives you the flexibility to continue therapy during busy periods, keep appointments during vacations, or even call in during a walk if that’s what feels supportive. Some people also find online therapy offers an additional level of comfort. Rather than commuting to our sessions, you can cozy up in a comfortable spot at home and take the time to decompress afterward. All without compromising the effectiveness of the treatment.
